Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Downtown San Francisco (Hybrid model - 3 days in office)

Role Overview:
The Administrative Assistant will provide key administrative support to Analysts, Associates, and some senior level employees in the San Francisco office. The primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: scheduling meetings with excellent attention to detail, making travel arrangements, handling expenses, and miscellaneous projects. The role requires a proactive and highly organized individual who will be able to work seamlessly with the San Francisco and Global Admin teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to multiple team members, including scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and handling expenses.
- Communicate effectively with the local and Global Admin teams.
- Coordinate conference room scheduling, ensuring meetings are organized efficiently.
- Support with scanning, copying, distributing documents, filing, and other organizational projects.
- Participate in team development by generating ideas and actioning committee tasks.
- Help keep public spaces organized and tidy.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in an administrative support role.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
- Comfortable working in a small office environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- A self-starter with the ability to anticipate the needs of others.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- U.S. work authorization required (the firm will not sponsor work visas).
Communication Skills:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to prepare high-impact materials.
- Effective participant in internal and external meetings.
- Maturity and poise to work directly with client executives.

Base Salary: $75,000-$85,000
